Last updated: 14 June 2026

These terms govern your use of D-PAD, operated by The D-Pad App Ltd, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use D-PAD.

What D-PAD is

D-PAD rewards real-world and gaming activity with "Miles" and collectible stamps. Miles can be redeemed for rewards offered in the app. D-PAD is a rewards and discovery service, not a financial product.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use D-PAD. You are responsible for the security of the account you sign in with and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure.

Miles, boosts & rewards

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse D-PAD — including attempting to game the rewards system, falsifying activity or location, using bots or automation, interfering with the service, or breaking the law while using it.

Intellectual property

D-PAD and its content (excluding your own data) belong to us or our licensors. Stamps and artwork are provided for your personal, non-commercial use within the app.

Disclaimers

D-PAD is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that specific rewards will always be available, or that third-party integrations (e.g. Discord, Health Connect, Mapbox, Spotify) will always work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of Miles, boosts, stamps or rewards arising from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using D-PAD and request account deletion at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change and, where the change is material, we will notify you in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
